Legal Affairs Department Awarded "ISO 9001:2015 Certification"

The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Departments has obtained the "ISO 9001:2015" Certification. This is as a result of their continuous drive to implement the latest global standards of quality management.

His Excellency Dr Lowai Belhoul, Director General of the Department stated that the ISO Certification is part of a comprehensive strategic plan aimed at enhancing the organisation's processes and applying the best quality standards in providing legal services.

Dr Belhoul pointed out that this achievement is a vital step in the pioneering approach that the department has adopted towards its mandate" It places more responsibility upon us to go the extra mile towards achieving the visions and aspirations of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai to achieve excellence in government performance and bring happiness to customers and other stakeholders".

His Excellency expressed his delight with this achievement, which reflects the commitment of the Department's employees to apply the ISO: 9001:2015 standards.
