Dubai Legal Affairs Department Attracts National Talent at Ru’ya – Careers UAE 2026

The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department has announced its participation in Ru'ya – Careers UAE 2026, taking place within the Dubai Government pavilion at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 28 to 30 September, alongside more than 150 government and private sector entities.

In this context, Al Reem Abdullah AlFalasi, Head of the Support Services Directorate, affirmed that the Department's annual participation in the exhibition, a premier platform for national talent across diverse fields, reflects its ongoing commitment to attracting qualified professionals capable of advancing its strategic objectives. She noted that these efforts bolster the Department's institutional capacity to deliver pioneering government and professional legal services through available legal and administrative vacancies, supporting its strategy to attract highly skilled, talented human capital and nurture their capabilities through approved development and training programmes.

AlFalasi noted that the Department will accept job applications throughout the exhibition across available vacancies. Candidate interviews will be conducted against criteria that ensure transparency and competitiveness, attracting qualified professionals with the requisite academic qualifications and specialized skills. The interview panel comprises representatives from Human Resources and the respective hiring organizational unit.

AlFalasi further explained that, to leverage advanced technologies in talent acquisition, the Department has introduced an AI-powered resume matching tool. This feature reduces screening time and improves match accuracy against job requirements, driving higher shortlist acceptance rates for candidates presented to hiring managers following initial tech-driven screening.
