The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department organized a religious lecture for its employees on 'Ethical Values in Building Societies,' presented by Shaikh Dr. Aziz bin Farhan Al-Anzi, member of the Board of Trustees of Al Qasimia University.

The lecture underscored the importance of ethics as a core principle in Islam, highlighting its vital role in developing individual character and fostering societal progress. The Prophet's mission aimed to complete the virtues of good character, establishing values like honesty, integrity, compassion, humility, forgiveness, kindness, respect, and justice, among others, as benchmarks for assessing the completeness of one's faith. Religion is not limited to acts of worship; it also involves adhering to Islamic guidelines in interpersonal relationships.

Shaikh Dr. Al-Anzi emphasized that ethical values foster love and harmony within society, strengthen community bonds, and build a cohesive society rooted in human brotherhood and the noble principles of Islamic civilization. He pointed out that ethics in the workplace are an integral part of the ethical values established by Islam, such as sincerity, trustworthiness, diligence, proficiency, and self-development, to achieve all that benefits society and the nation. Dr. Al-Anzi concluded his lecture by answering employees' questions and inquiries.
