The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department and the Execution Court in Dubai hold a Coordination Meeting to Seek Avenues of Joint Cooperation

As part of its endeavors to accomplish government directions, the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department held a meeting with the Execution Court in Dubai, to discuss ways to boost cooperation in the process of implementing judgments and writs of execution.

During the meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the Execution Court, the two parties highlighted the importance of systems and periodic reports that provide financial claims related to the implementation of judgments in which the Department represents the Government and Government Entities in the Emirate of Dubai, to follow up on the payment processes for the execution process, in order to preserve the collection of public money. The meeting also discussed the suggestions to enhance the unification of implementation procedures, the inquiries process, seizure, eviction and delivery procedures, in addition to developing and improving the new comprehensive applications system added to the Dubai Courts system.

The meeting was attended by Legal Counsel Salah Jassim bin Kalban - Director of Government Disputes and Claims Directorate, Legal Counsel Ahmed Fawzyi Mohamed - Head of Execution Section, Legal Counsel Aly Mohamed Aly Elberry - Assistant Head of the Execution Section, and by Judge Khaled Al Mansouri, President of the Execution Court, and Mr. Ahmed Ahli, Head of the Execution Department, and Mr. Yacoub Al Hammadi, Head of the Commercial Execution Department.
