Words of His Excellency Director General of the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department On the 15th Anniversary of the Appointment of Sheikh Hamdan as Chairman of the Executive Council

To mark the fifteenth anniversary of the appointment of His Highness Crown Prince Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid as chairman of the Executive Council, His Excellency Dr Lowai Mohamed Belhoul, Director General of the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department affirmed that the Crown Prince is following in the footsteps of his father, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai (May Allah Protect him), as he is completing, with the determination of youth,  developmental ambitious visions and playing a leading role in shaping the plans and strategies of the Emirate.

His Excellency Dr Belhoul added: the appointment of His Highness at the helm of the Executive Council represented a new landmark in the process of development in the Emirate, reflected in the strategies and projects launched by the Council in many vital sectors, which contributed to boosting investment and, enhancing the competitiveness of the country in the world.

His Excellency Dr. Belhoul also said that His Highness Sheikh Hamdan, the Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council, possesses leadership qualities which he inherited from his father, His Highness the Ruler of Dubai (May Allah Protect him). These unmatched qualities not only paved the way for excellent management of the Council and led to a qualitative shift in its work and policies, but also helped more generally in improving the government's system of work. Cumulatively, this played a significant role in solidifying the Government of Dubai's position as a global model for excellence and leadership in various sectors.
