Director General of the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department: The Message of Mohammed Bin Rashid is a Holistic Vision in the Development of Man and Nation

Dr. Lowai Mohammed Belhoul, Director General of the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department, said that the journey of the tremendous achievements made thanks to the inspiring vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, "may God protect him" over the course of 15 years in the UAE Government will remain a source of pride for the people of the UAE, and for the Arab people as a whole. His vision aims to develop the people, construct cultural monuments, promoting the values of brotherhood and coexistence, and turning challenges into opportunities in building the nation.

His Excellency Dr. Belhoul added that the letter penned by His Highness the Ruler of Dubai on the occasion of the anniversary  of his ascension as Ruler of the Emirate, comes as confirmation of his unique experience that made the UAE an inspiring model for advanced nations in various fields, especially in the flexible legal system that is adaptable to ever changing future needs. His vision also provides economic and social security and ensures transparency and the rule of law.

Dr. Belhoul affirmed that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum represents a unique global school of leadership whose vision that the development of people and nation go hand in hand. Under his leadership, the UAE made great strides economically, socially and culturally, made tremendous accomplishment and shaped the future, infused hope into people's hearts, engaged in volunteering activities beyond the boundaries of the Arab world.  His Highness also sowed in us the values of giving that are cultural concepts and values treasured among Emiratis, and presented a unique global role model in leadership.
