Statement by His Excellency Dr. Lowai Mohamed Belhoul, Director General of the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department on the Occasion of the UAE’s 49th National Day

His Excellency Dr. Lowai Mohamed Belhoul,  Director General of the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department, is honored to extend his sincerest congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and their brothers their Highnesses Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates on the occasion of the 49th National Day of the United Arab Emirates.

On this occasion, His Excellency affirmed that the Union of the UAE is built upon solid pillars of national cohesion and strength of will, which paved the way for a long journey of achievements and contributions in various fields of human and cultural generosity. This is thanks to a visionary leadership that overcomes the impossible when shaping the future, and a people committed to their responsibilities in building their homeland and preserving its integrity.

Dr. Belhoul also affirmed that the progress of the nation at all level could not be separated from the nation's deep-rooted values and principles. The United Arab Emirates has become a beacon for its noble values of tolerance, co-existence, mutual respect and human fraternity for the world. These key values underpin its renaissance and culture.

His Excellency added that our wise leadership has provided - and still does - a unique and inspiring example in the development of people. These accomplishments could not have been achieved without the leadership's belief that the nation's true wealth and strength lies in its children, and that joining efforts and capabilities is the only way to build a society capable of realising its growth and renaissance and enhancing the UAE's reputation regionally and globally in all sectors.
