As part of the UAE Innovation Month’s Activities, Legal Affairs Department honours those Employees submitting Development Suggestions and Innovative Ideas
The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department has held a ceremony to honour its employees who submitted suggestions that contribute to improving and developing work processes across the Department. Innovative ideas and suggestions for development are received through a holistic innovation system in order to incorporate these into the Department's work practices, the purpose being to boost strategic goals and provide distinguished government legal services to all customers.
This public recognition is part of activities for the UAE Innovation Month and is in line with the UAE's vision and strategy to disseminate the concepts of pioneering and innovation across all sectors of Government work.
In this respect, His Excellency Dr. Lowai Mohamed Belhoul, Director General of the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department emphasised that the Department wants to provide its employees with the tools required to create an environment that fosters a culture of innovation and serves as a catalyst for creative ideas and innovative solutions, noting that the Department has developed and updated its suggestion system to keep pace with latest developments.
Moreover, Dr. Belhoul noted that this annual ceremony reflects the employees' willingness to share their constructive ideas to provide added value to the Department, which will have a positive impact on the development of customer services, serves the Government's goals and strategies, and the Dubai Plan 2021 (which adopts the visions of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, in adopting government practices that will boost Dubai's regional and global standing at all levels).
The ceremony, held at the Department's premises at His Highness the Ruler's Court, concluded with certificates of appreciation and honorary awards given to employees who submitted suggestions for development, in accordance with the incentive policy of the Department's Holistic Innovation System.
