His Excellency Dr. Lowai Mohamed Belhoul, Director General of the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department extended his most sincere congratulations to His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and their brothers their Highnesses Members of the Supreme Council and Rulers of the Emirates on the occasion of the 48th National Day of the United Arab Emirates.

In a statement marking this glorious day, His Excellency Dr. Belhoul said: "December 2nd is a testament to the UAE's unique model of unity that shaped an inspiring unique history that is now a source of pride for every UAE citizen. The achievements of the UAE at all levels are the product of the insightful visionary leadership that has placed the development of its people and their well-being as a top priority,".

His Excellency affirmed that tolerance, co-existence, mutual respect and human fraternity are key values that underpin the legacy of the founding fathers of the UAE and constants that cannot be separated from the foundations for development and progress of the nation. The UAE, which demonstrates a model of honourable  human values, has also excited the world with its comprehensive resurgence, which has  enabled it to attain a prominent position among the world's countries. The UAE also succeeded in captivating the world's attention thanks to the transformations achieved due to the nation's limitless determination and aspirations, and the building of a competitive society that embraces knowledge together with  scientific and technical advancement for comprehensive growth in its development and renaissance.
